Delivery timeframes & costs

Place your order before 12pm* local time and our shipping magicians will typically dispatch it the same-day. Pretty sweet ✨

Not a morning person? No stress - orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched within the next business day.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

What if I need to make updates to my order?

Once your order has shipped, we're unable to modify shipping information (incorrect address / upgrade shipping options) or add/remove items.

If you've made a mistake, email us within an hour of placing your order so we can make any updates before it's too late.

If you email us after that window, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make any changes (but we’ll certainly try!) and you may be charged a $20 redelivery fee.

Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

We partner with local postal services in the United States and Australia to support delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers, and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to these private addresses outside of the United States and Australia.

Will there be any import tax or duty?

If you’re located in the UK/EU your order will not include VAT and your local customs authorities may charge import tax and duty upon delivery.
