When will my order be shipped?

Place your order before 12pm local time and our shipping magicians will typically dispatch it the same-day. Pretty sweet ✨

Not a morning person? No stress - orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched within the next business day.

 How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email.

This will include a tracking number so you can get excited and track your order to your heart's content 💛

What if I need to make updates to my order? 

Once your order has shipped, you may be able to modify delivery e.g. re-direction, re-scheduling, vacation hold.

If these options are unavailable and you would like to modify your delivery, please email us at We'll do our very best to work some magic and fulfil your request. Extra charges may apply for redelivery requests.

Which countries do you ship to?

Our goal is to deliver to as many countries as possible. However, due to some delivery exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout country list we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

Rest assured - we're working on delivering to all countries and planets soon. 

Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?

We partner with local postal services in the United States and Australia to support delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers, and APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to these private addresses outside of the United States and Australia.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate customers picking up their orders directly.

Will there be any import tax or duty?

Ovira ships globally from our fun warehouses in either the United States or Australia. 

If you’re located outside the United States and Australia, your order will not include VAT and your local customs authorities may charge import tax and duty upon delivery.
